ICPSR Support Services is a service provided by Teaching and Technology Services

USC's membership in the Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR) is administered by Teaching and Technology Services.   Data files and accompanying documentation in the ICPSR archives are available free to all USC faculty, staff, and students. Our services include:

Assistance with download data files and documentation
Reformatting or sub-setting of the data
Computer Training in SAS and SPSS
SAS and SPSS support

ICPSR data files and accompanying documentation are accessible at the ICPSR home page at the University of Michigan.  They can be downloaded to any workstation on the University of South Carolina network using ICPSR's Direct Access procedures for USC.
