The UTS Help Desk is your single point of contact for computer, technology and IT-related questions and support. You can get help 4 easy ways:

  3. PLACE A TICKET: Click Here
    • To place a ticket, you will need to use Internet Explorer 5.5 or later. If you do not have IE, please call or email the Help Desk to place a support ticket.
  4. HANDS-ON SUPPORT: Students who would like to have hands-on support can visit the iCARE Center.
