ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Following the meeting, @ 3 PM, the Enterprise Directory/Email advisory group will meet for a status update on the working groups.

PRESENTATION:
Betty Hawkins will be presenting the UTS change control process at the network managers meeting.

Kimberly South and Stan Lawrimore will give a brief overview of IT Connections.

Mike Dollar will outline the new format for the meetings.
