The Data Warehouse

The Data Warehouse at the University of South Carolina is a repository of generated reports for administrative purposes. The Data Warehouse portal allows authorized users to access, view and print these reports.

Security for this site is enforced in accordance with the University's Data Access Policy. Authorized users may log into the Data Warehouse portal here.

Request for Data Warehouse Access

There are two tiers of access to the Data Warehouse for authorized University of South Carolina employees;

• To view University financial, tuition, human resources, payroll, or UTS billing data:
  1. Read the University Data Access Policy.
  2. Download and print the Statement of User Responsibility.
  3. Sign the form, have your supervisor sign the form, and mail or fax to the appropriate contact listed here: http://datawarehouse.sc.edu/contacts.html .


• To access data on courses, student advisement, or enrolled students:
  1. Take the FERPA tutorial.
  2. Complete the appropriate information at the end of the tutorial, and follow the instructions there.
