Content Manager and Kofax Capture Software

An Enterprise Imaging System allows business organizations to capture, organize, and make accessible diverse types business records. These records may be in many different formats - documents, images, email, reports, web content, e-records, multimedia, and more. Once captured by the Imaging System, they can be organized together for easy electronic access and archiving.

The system provides an interface for organizing, searching, annotating, and archiving these records.Some of these records can be directly added to Content Manager - the document managing software, while others may require using Kofax Ascent Capture, a media capture system.
